great landlady awesome breakfast clean room
helen is a great landlady and does anything to help. the breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. the room was clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. we had our own bathroom.
i booked this place some months ago. the stay was cancelled yesterday, and it caused many problems. they should not take that long to decide.

Really good Hospitality and Great Location
generous breakfast clean room private bathroom
Helen proved a GREAT landlady. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The breakfast i had was fantastic, very generous, and the room was kept clean. Bathroom facilities included our OWN bathroom.
I did notice the room had minimal furniture.

cute host really good breakfast ideal location parking permit
helen is very cute and nothing seemed like too much trouble. the breakfast was fantastic (the full english kept me going all day!). the location is a short walk from the beach. i was provided a parking permit, made parking very easy.
the stairs to the upper floors are a bit steep, which could be a challenge for some guests.
